To begin either 1:1 Personal Training or Small Group sessions, please start by booking your Introduction to Personal Training Session and Fitness Assessment. This 55-minute initial intake assessment includes observing your movement quality and fitness level, discussing your health history, and designing an individualized program based on your goals, lifestyle, health history, and experience.
