Youth Classes

In NYC’s competitive culture, kids are often funneled into specific sports or dance styles early, focusing on academic and athletic specialization. While this may enhance school applications, it can limit their overall physical and mental development. Alongside the typical challenges of growth and puberty, children face risks like repetitive stress injuries and psychological strain from an intense focus on a single discipline.

At Esquina, our Youth Programs offer more than just another sports or dance class—they address the crucial developmental phase impacting teens’ physiology, psychology, and personality. Our holistic approach balances fun and socialization with training, teaching kids how to care for their bodies while enjoying a positive and engaging environment. Whether your child is already involved in a sport or dance, interested in learning gym workouts, or eager to explore new techniques, our classes provide a supportive, well-rounded experience that fosters growth, wellness, and social connections.
