All Personal Training Packages require the completion of a 55 min Fitness Assessment ($125) as a prerequisite.

We recommend training at least 2x/week for the first two months to achieve desired results. After two months and a reassessment, 1x/week training schedule supplemented by 2 additional group strength training/kettlebell classes is an option.

Duet Training

Train together, progress together. Duet Training offers the perfect balance of personalized coaching and shared motivation. You and a partner will work side by side with our expert trainers, following a customized program designed to meet both of your individual goals.

Whether you're building strength, refining technique, or staying accountable, training with a partner keeps you engaged and pushing forward.

How It Works: One person books the full 4-session series, and you and your training partner coordinate payment between yourselves. Sign up, show up, and level up—together!

It’s the sweet spot where personalized goals meet cost-effective group dynamics.

Join a 3-5 person group where you can thrive on shared energy while still receiving expert guidance tailored to your fitness level and objectives.

Each participant is required to complete a 55 min Fitness Assessment ($125) prior to their first session.
