All Personal Training Packages require the completion of a 55 min Intro to Personal Training Session & Fitness Assessment ($125) as a prerequisite.

We recommend training at least 2x/week for the first two months to achieve desired results. After two months and a reassessment, 1x/week training schedule supplemented by 2 additional group strength training/kettlebell classes is an option.

Small Group Training

Join a 3-5 person group where you can thrive on shared energy while still receiving expert guidance tailored to your fitness level and objectives.
